Destiny is a lovely two story town house a block from Scarborough Beech Road, 1.1 kilometers from the beach and a 5 minute drive to two major shopping centres.There is a large selection of cafes and restaurants as you would expect from a major beach area.Public transport is available on Scarborough beach road. Destiny has an upstairs belcony as well as the the main bedroom, ensuite, living areas and kitchen. Down stairs are the two bedrooms,bathroom as well as the laundry and another tv/dvd area .Outside is the enclosed,private BBQ and entertainment area. Also a double, remote control door garage. Reverse cycle air conditioning makes for a very enjoyable stay.
