On Sundays, the St Kilda Esplanade plays host to an extensive Art & Craft market. Five minutes further walking and you are at Albert Park, the home of the Melbourne Formula One Grand Prix. In addition, 47 Shelley Street is only a 15-minute taxi ride to the city, the Arts Centre, Concert Hall, State Theatre, South Bank restaurants and the Melbourne Cricket Ground (or there is a bus and/or tram that will take you there). Glenhuntly train station is close by and this gives easy access to the city, as well as Flemington and Caulfield Race tracks (where you'll find the Melbourne and Caulfield Cups)...
