"Antalya" was built in 1950 and in 2007 was extensively renovated. It is as close to the beach as you can get in Bridport with the ocean just over the road. It has a large timber deck facing the sea and out the back door a polished concrete barbecue area is truly unique with an umbrella type roof hanging by stainless steel wires from an old pier pylon salvaged from the beach nearby in 2006. While Antalya's best asset is its close proximity to the beach, there are many other features to be enjoyed. The en suite off the main bedroom with its double shower is simply beautiful. The well equipped kitchen comes complete with double dishwasher and stone bench tops while the automatic washing machine in the laundry is hidden away. Five leather topped stools line the breakfast bar and on a side wall sits a plasma TV complete with DVD player and radio. A separate toilet is next to the bathroom and just across the hall from bedroom 2 with its double bed. The 2 bunk rooms sleep 2 and 4 people respectively...

From the Lodge veranda view the estuary life such as sea eagles and pelicans. Explore the river using our canoes and collect your own oysters. You may well wish to do the 2½-hour coastal walk or even try a tandem ultralight flight over this scenic area. A short drive will take you to the lavender farm, wineries, waterfalls and mountain walks.

A beautiful part of the island, you need to come and explore at your leisure. Great easy walks, vineyards to visit, pick up fresh local produce including seafood. A very peaceful rural holiday location where you feel no pressure to do anything but relax.
