The master with queen size bed, en-suite with LCD television. The 2 other bedrooms both have double beds and share a bathroom with shower and tub. The down stairs living area has all the"modern" conviniences. Two living areas, both with Plasma TV's and lounge suits. Or for those why wish to entertain a formal dining room that can seat up to 8 for dinner. There is a down stairs bathroom and laundry facilities as well. For those with a young family the rear yard is secured and has a lovely 'shady' area under large gum trees. For your security the house is fully alarmed and monitored for security and fire.
