We are located in the perfect position for a walk to the town shops (100 metres) , many fine restaurants, bars and cafés, Marlborough Conference Centre, Sports Stadium, Art Gallery, Picture Theatre Churches and a short stroll to the river reserve where you can relax and stroll along the river. Our motels accommodation facilities include: 17 spacious studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units with king and queen-size beds. Spa bath units and one unit with own courtyard and outside spa pool. Hotel Durville is the old Public Trust Building - a Blenheim landmark. It was built in the art deco style in the 1920s and features a columned facade, staircase and high ceilings. A small boutique hotel with eleven rooms, each individually decorated. There are eight double rooms (king size) with shower ensuite and two twin room with shower ensuite. Each room has SKY TV, air-conditioning, minibar, fridge, iron, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities.
