Set on five acres is Beachaven Motel & Holiday Park. Only two minutes walk to the very popular surf on Waihi Beach. Good swimming, surfing, fishing, shellfish, boogie boarding available at the beach. The Beach is 9km long and you can also take the coastal walk to Orekawa Bay. Beachaven Motel & Holiday Park specialises in holidays for families and has been under new management since May 2006. New owners have 15 years' experience in operating family-style motel and holiday parks. We provide a full range of accommodation, from tent sites to 2-bedroom motel units. A considerable upgrade to facilities will be undertaken in 2007 but existing facilities will continue to operate until work is complete, so there will be no disruption to the daily running of the complex.

Waihi Beach has 9km of one of the safest and best ocean beaches to be found - a gem at the most northern end of the Bay of Plenty. It is a fast growing holiday resort and with the emphasis on activities around water this is a water sport heaven. Accommodation options include beachfront self-catering motels and bed & breakfast facilities. The beachfront holiday parks provide self-catering motel units as well as budget accommodation in cabins and campsites. Pet friendly accommodation is available by arrangement.

A four double bedroom house with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, plus a self-contained cottage in garden which comprises kitchen/living/dining, double bedroom and bathroom. There is a lovely private sunny garden fully fenced at the back with garden furniture, BBQ facilities and a spa pool. The house is fully equipped with all home comforts including a DVD and CD library and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking, crockery, glass and utensils.

10 ground floor units in park-like setting, all designated non-smoking, serviced daily: 7 double studio units sleep 1-4, 3x1brm units sleep 3-6.
