We are located at 534 Northbourne Avenue, Downer which is just 4 km north of the GPO, and a short walk to the Dickson shopping centre, which boasts some of Canberra's best restaurants, a licensed club, supermarket and a whole range of shops. Also many fast food outlets.&nbspWithin walking distance are Yowani country club, ACT, Netball , Hockey &amp Tennis Centres , Exhibition Centre (EPIC), Kamberra Winery &amp the Racecourse. Our rooms all have colour TV, private bathroom, tea &amp coffee facilities and a small fridge. For your comfort all are centrally heated in winter and cooled in summer. Parking is free and off- street or at the rear of the properties.
